Let me manage your wedding day so you can just show up and enjoy it! We will meet twice, about 8 weeks out and 4-6 weeks out. I'll gather all the information needed to run your day smoothly. I'll create a day-of timeline and make sure everyone knows where they need to be. I will help manage the rehearsal the day before, On the day of, I'll help assist setup and take down, be the point of contact for vendors, and help manage the timeline guests, and any issues that may arise.

This full planning package saves you the hassle of wedding planning! We will meet a total of 5 times, focused on the basics, budget, vendors, style and design, and logistics. Budget creation is included to allocate your money effectively and focus on your priorities. *The Day of Coordination package is purchased seperately

Budget Creation: $15

You will receive a customized budget that allocates your money effectively with tips on how to stay within the budget.

Consultation Meeting: $20/hr

Stuck on a single aspect of planning? Meet with me for an hour and you will walk away with resources and next steps.

Day of Timeline Creation: $30

Having a friend coordinate the wedding for you? Day of Timelines can be frustrating and time consuming, and it is easy to leave out some important information. Let me take it off your plate!

Wedding Website Setup $50

I will get your wedding website set up and running with all the information and details your guests will need.

Style and Design: $100

I will help you create the style and design from the color palette to the tablescapes. You will receive an inspiration book to help guide your style and design.

Setup or Teardown: $100 each

I will assist your team of family, friends, and other professionals to set up and teardown for your event. 

Vendor Search: $150

You will receive a list of vendors that matches your vision and budget with contact information provided.
